No-Crow Rooster Collar
Keep your rooster. Lose the 5am wake-up call.
You love your rooster. The trouble is the crowing, especially before sunrise and especially if you have neighbors. The No-Crow Rooster Collar is a gentle and humane way to lower the volume, so you can enjoy your rooster without disturbing anyone. It doesn't hurt him.
How it works
The collar is handmade from soft mesh and Velcro and sits low on his neck. It keeps him from pushing all his air out at once, so he can't unleash a full-powered crow. He can still talk, eat, drink, dust bathe and do everything else he always does. Only the volume changes.
Easy on, easy off
It fastens with Velcro and adjusts to fit, so you can put it on and take it off any time. Give him a short adjustment period: leave it a little loose the first day and take it off the first night. The instructions below walk you through it.

Made by a family business
No Crow is a family-owned American small business, and every collar is handmade. My Pet Chicken staff and family members, along with thousands of testers, have used them, and they've helped a lot of city and suburban chicken keepers keep the roosters they love.
Size guide

Below is typical sizing by breed. To be accurate, measure your rooster's neck (under the feathers, close to the skin, low on the neck) before ordering, then add 1.5 to 2 inches so the Velcro has enough overlap to hold. If in doubt, choose a size larger.
- XS (4 inches): Class A Seramas only.
- S (6 inches): small or bantam breeds like Class B/C Seramas, Bantam Cochins, Pekins, Game Bantams, d'Uccles.
- M (8 inches): Silkies, Polish, Leghorns.
- L (10 inches): most large fowl, like Australorps, Ameraucanas, Easter Eggers, Plymouth Rocks, Orpingtons, Marans, Cochins, Wyandottes.
- XL (12 inches): extra large birds like Brahmas, Jersey Giants and Shamos.
Once it's on, only the tip of your smallest finger should fit under the collar's edges.
Add a bow tie
Add a handsome bow tie to his collar. It's made to fit the No-Crow Collar and gives your flock protector the dapper look he deserves.
