Our Packing & Shipping Process

STEP 1

We use wood fiber to cover our soil to help prevent soil spillage.

STEP 2

The wood fiber is placed over the soil, right under the foliage.

STEP 3

We then use a plastic bag to cover the planter and wood fiber portion of the plant.

STEP 4

Next we secure it tightly with a zip-tie.

STEP 5

We place the houseplant in a paper bag and secure it with a rubber band.

STEP 6

The paper bag acts as the final cover and is also a nice presentation for customers.

*Please note that we have an additional packing procedure for tall, big, and multiple plants. Tall/ big plants are stabilized with a wooden stick and shipped using special inserts that lock in houseplants.
